We are seeking a Full-Time Retail Assistant Manager to join our busy pet store. The ideal candidate will have strong retail experience, a positive attitude, and a passion for animals.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the retail team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge
- Assist with stock management, merchandising, and store presentation
- Handle transactions and ensure accurate cash handling
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for both customers and animals
Requirements
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Previous retail experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Animal knowledge is essential
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
