Butlers Chocolate Cafés require a Retail Café Manager for our café in Dublin Airport.
We are seeking to recruit an ambitious and dynamic Retail Café Manager, the ideal individual will have a passion for coffee, driving standards and who thrives on a challenge.
The successful candidate will also have:
- Ambition, confidence, enthusiasm with proactive attitude
- An interest in or passion for coffee and chocolate
- At least 2 years retail / catering management experience
- Analytically thinking ability / Decisiveness / Forward Planning
- Strong customer service ethic
- Experience in staff training
- Roster & Stock Control skills
- Retail & Coffee experience
- Initiative, enthusiasm and drive
- Excellent communication and motivation skills
- Good coffee knowledge & barista skills
- A positive, energetic & professional outlook
- An ability to thrive under pressure and manage challenging environments.
