Staffline Recruitment Ireland, on behalf of our valued client, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their expanding team. This is a full-time, permanent position, overseeing construction projects (based in Limerick and Clare) from pre-construction through to completion.

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will oversee the full lifecycle of construction projects, ensuring smooth coordination and successful project delivery. Key duties include:

Oversee construction projects from initial planning stages through to final completion.

Check drawings and project documentation to ensure all details are correct and up to standard.

Work closely with engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and other site teams throughout the project.

Coordinate daily activities on-site to keep projects running smoothly and efficiently.

Prepare regular progress updates and reports for management.

Monitor project schedules, costs, and overall progress.

Help ensure all work is completed safely, on schedule, and to a high standard.

Maintain strong communication across all teams involved in the project.

Criteria:
-
Minimum 4 years' experience in Ireland or the EU in a similar Project Manager role.

Degree in Construction Management or a related construction discipline.

Living locally (Limerick/Clare region) due to location of sites;

Driving license + own transport;

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and experience using relevant construction/project management software.
