Sales Representative, Investigations
Allied Universal Compliance and Investigations is Ireland's leading provider of investigation solutions to the insurance industry. We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Dublin. This is a great opportunity for an organised, effective communicator to contribute to a growing team and help us expand our client base.
This will be a key role where you can make a significant impact on our business. You'll be joining a market leader with a strong commitment to hiring the best people, providing the best technology, and using the most robust data to ensure we remain at the forefront of the Investigation Services industry.
The first two months will be based in our Citywest office to ensure a smooth onboarding and training period. After that, this role will transition to a hybrid model, combining remote work with client meetings and some travel throughout Ireland.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for a Regional Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic
opportunity for an ambitious, entry-level professional to learn the ropes of account
management and grow with a forward-thinking company.
What you will do:
● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in your assigned region.
● Support senior stakeholders with daily tasks, including preparing reports,
scheduling meetings, and managing client communications.
● Identify and develop new business opportunities within your territory.
● Resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
● Travel within the region to meet with clients and attend industry events.#
What we are looking for:
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You'll be the face of our
company to our clients. This is a brand new role where you can make it your own
● Natural sales ability. To ensure customers are receiving the full range of benefits

● A proactive and positive attitude. We are a team that supports each other, and we
want someone who is eager to learn and contribute.
● Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
● A valid drivers licence and the ability to travel.
● Previous experience in a customer-facing role together with insurance insight
is a plus, but not required. We are happy to train the right person!
