The Role
As Kitchens Studio Lead, you will take ownership of the commercial and operational performance of the Kitchen Studio while creating a customer experience that reflects the standards we set ourselves.
You will:
- Lead customers from inspiration and design concepts through to completed projects
- Drive sales growth and improve conversion across the kitchen category
- Lead, mentor and support the design team
- Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Improve customer journeys and operational processes
- Champion design excellence and showroom standards
You'll likely bring:
- Experience in kitchens, interiors, premium retail or a design-led environment
- Strong customer consultation and relationship skills
- An eye for design and presentation
- Experience leading or mentoring others
- Organisational skills and familiarity with design software
