Rapid Responder – Wexford
Salary: €33,000 per year + €150 weekly mileage allowance
Join Kare Plan as a Rapid Responder and make a real difference by supporting clients to live safely and independently at home. This full-time, fast-paced role involves responding to urgent care needs, including covering emergency care calls and hospital discharges.
Key Responsibilities
- Cover emergency care calls when required
- Provide personal care, meal preparation, and light household duties
- Support clients in line with their individual Care Plans
- Assist with medication, moving and transferring
- Monitor client wellbeing and report any concerns
- Follow all Health & Safety policies and procedures

Working Hours
- Full-time
- Availability required between 8:00am and 9:00pm
- Rotating schedule:
o Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday & Sunday
o Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
Requirements
- QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support (completed or in progress)
- Full driver’s licence and own transport
- Fluent English
- Reliable, compassionate, and organised
