Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience, familiar with Chinese cuisine, with experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills and excellent customer service awareness
- Experienced in staff scheduling, inventory management, and operational data analysis
- Strong leadership and execution skills, able to independently manage the restaurant's daily operations
