Purpose of the Role
Drive product quality and process excellence by supporting manufacturing and new product development. Partner with cross-functional teams (R&D, Operations, Quality) to deliver high-quality solutions, solve problems through data, and continuously improve processes.
Key Responsibilities

Lead root cause investigations for defects, non-conformances, and customer issues; implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.

Develop quality plans, product specifications, and risk assessments (e.g., FMEA).

Support new product development to ensure robust, high-quality design and transfer to manufacturing.

Plan and deliver projects—defining scope, timelines, risks, and resources.

Communicate progress and influence stakeholders to drive alignment and results.

Ensure compliance with quality systems, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

Collaborate across functions to translate business goals into actionable outcomes.
What You Bring

NFQ Level 7 qualification in Engineering/Science (or equivalent experience).

4+ years in a quality, manufacturing, or engineering environment.

Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills.

Solid understanding of quality systems and manufacturing processes.

Ability to manage priorities, work independently, and lead initiatives.

Effective communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate.
