About the Role
You will be joining a dynamic finance team taking control of our Accounts Receivable function and processes in order to drive the business forward. You will report into the Financial Controller and work closely with the wider Finance team, Sales, Customer Service and Operations teams.
Key Responsibilities

Previous experience in an AR or similar rol

Ability to work independently and take initiative as we look to build out our AR function

Solid understanding of financial controls around the AR processes

Capability to design and implement new processes within the AR function

Identify, suggest and implement improvements to enhance efficiency in AR processes

Oversee customer account set-ups, credit limit maintenance and customer master data controls, liaising with Sales, Customer Service and Finance to ensure AR controls are upheld to a high standard

Manage cash allocation, credit control activities, statement issuance and debtor query resolution in line with company procedures

Monitor aged debt, support collection activity and escalate overdue balances or credit risks as appropriate

Adhere to financial policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.

Support month-end closing activities, debtor reconciliations and reporting.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
Experience: Previous experience in an AR role or similar role
Skills
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, adapting approach when necessary in order to communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

Must have excellent timekeeping with the ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.

Acting as brand ambassador for Kingspan Tate at all times.

Proficient in the MS office suite and SAP experience an advantage.
