General Description
The Contract Administrator is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, interpreting, and administering aircraft lease agreements and related documentation. Key to this role is maintaining accurate contract records and key lease data within company systems, providing guidance on contract interpretation and administration, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the effective management of Aircastle's lease portfolio.
Responsibilities
Essential Functions:

Review and interpret aircraft lease agreements, amendments, side letters, and related documents.

Maintain key contractual provisions and lease data in the company's contract management system and support related reporting and portfolio administration.

Perform second-level reviews of contract data to confirm the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of contractual records and provisions.

Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on contract interpretation and administration.

Prepare correspondence, reports, and lease portfolio information for internal and external stakeholders.

Support special transactions and insurance renewal reviews.

Monitor post-closing activities, deliverables, and related workflows.

Communicate clearly and effectively with senior management and key stakeholders.

Perform additional duties and support special projects as assigned.
Position Requirements
Formal Education and Certification

Bachelor’s degree
-
Paralegal degree or certificate is preferred
Knowledge and Experience

Minimum of five years of relevant professional experience.

Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.

Experience with Leasepoint is preferred.
Competency

Working knowledge of lease agreements and related documentation.

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret legal documents and certificates of insurance.

Proficiency with common office applications, including Microsoft 365 and Adobe Acrobat.

Understanding standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Strong time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent organizational, written communication, verbal communication, reading, and comprehension skills.
