Key Responsibilities

Deliver projects safely to the required quality standard while meeting programme and budget targets.

Plan and coordinate construction activities, managing multiple contractors and subcontractors to optimise project flow and on-site delivery.

Collaborate with design teams, both in-house and external, to ensure constructability and alignment between design intent and site execution.

Champion site safety, enforcing high standards and promoting a proactive safety culture across all projects.

Manage site quality control during execution to meet end-user requirements and project specifications.

Complete project close-out, including snagging, compilation of O&M manuals, and formal handover to operations.

Work with the commercial team to control costs and deliver projects within allocated budgets.

Support procurement and tendering, providing technical input to quantity surveyors during tender reviews, contractor selection, and package negotiations.

Represent Sensori at site meetings across regions and engage with external consultants and stakeholders to progress works.

Maximise development value while maintaining high-quality design and build standards.
Education and Experience

Minimum 5 years' relevant experience managing construction projects, including responsibility for site safety, quality control, and coordination of multiple contractors.
