Childcare Supervisor – School-Age Childcare

Lily’s Childcare is currently recruiting a Childcare Supervisor for our School-Age Childcare service at Rathcoole Educate Together NS.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and professional team dedicated to providing high-quality care for children in a fun, inclusive, and engaging environment.
About the Role
Reporting to the Area Manager, the successful candidate will:
- Maintain a fully compliant childcare service
- Supervise and support staff
- Coordinate age-appropriate activities
- Maintain professional standards at all times
- Walk children to and from school
- Serve breakfast and dinner
- Support and supervise children with homework
Candidate Requirements
- QQI Level 5 or 6 qualification in Early Learning and Care (ELC) desirable
- Candidates currently enrolled in Level 5 ELC will also be considered
- Experience in a School-Age Childcare setting is an advantage but not essential
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement
Pay & Benefits
- €18.30 per hour
- Additional qualification payments:
- Level 5: +€0.50/hr
- Level 6: +€1.00/hr
- Level 7: +€1.50/hr
- Level 8: +€2.00/hr
