Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, commercially minded, and highly organised Marketing Executive to support retail marketing activity across Ireland while also playing a key support role across international export markets.
This position will be central to the execution and amplification of marketing campaigns, ensuring professionally designed campaign assets, POS, brochures, digital content, and retailer/distributor materials are effectively adapted and utilised across as many customer touchpoints as possible.
The role is ideal for someone who combines strong digital marketing capability with retail marketing and event management skills. The successful candidate will work closely with sales teams, distributors, agencies, and the wider marketing department to maximise campaign visibility, retailer engagement, and brand consistency both locally and internationally.
There will also be opportunities to travel internationally and attend leading equine events throughout Ireland and export markets.
Key Responsibilities
Ireland Retail Marketing Support
- Coordinate and execute retail marketing campaigns across Ireland.
- Support key retailer activations, promotions, launches, and seasonal campaigns.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities to maximise campaign visibility in-store and online.
- Ensure campaign POS, brochures, and marketing assets are effectively rolled out across retailer touchpoints.
- Coordinate retail support materials including print, digital, social, and promotional assets.
- Assist with trade shows, retailer presentations, and equine events.
Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Create and schedule engaging social media content across multiple platforms.
- Manage and optimise paid digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and relevant equestrian platforms.
- Use Canva confidently to adapt campaign assets for digital, retail, distributor, and event use.
- Repurpose professionally designed campaign creative into multiple formats and executions.
- Support email marketing campaigns and website content updates.
- Monitor social and digital performance metrics and provide campaign reporting insights.
- Identify opportunities to increase engagement, reach, and campaign effectiveness.
Export & Distributor Marketing Support
- Support the Export Marketing Executive with international campaign rollouts.
- Coordinate distributor marketing requests and ensure timely delivery of assets.
- Adapt marketing materials for different markets and retail requirements.
- Support multilingual marketing coordination where required.
- Help maintain consistent global brand execution across export markets.
- Assist with international event preparation and distributor support activity.
Campaign Coordination & Brand Execution
- Coordinate campaign timelines, approvals, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure strong and consistent brand presentation across all channels.
- Manage marketing asset libraries and organise campaign materials efficiently.
- Liaise with designers, printers, agencies, and suppliers to deliver projects on time.
- Assist with content shoots, campaign planning, and event preparation.
Skills & Experience Required
- 2–4 years’ experience in a marketing or digital marketing role.
- Strong social media and digital advertising experience.
- Experience running paid campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.
- High proficiency in Canva and adapting creative assets across multiple formats.
- Strong understanding of retail marketing and customer engagement touchpoints.
- Excellent organisational and project coordination skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Commercial awareness and attention to detail.
- Experience working with distributors, retailers, or international markets is advantageous.
