Responsibilities
- Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) using our ERP system, Zoho.
- Source parts and suppliers, ensuring the best pricing and delivery.
- Liaise with Production Planning and Receiving Inspection departments.
- Monitor supplier performance and expedite urgent orders when required.
Requirements
- Good English, maths, and computer skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Experience with Zoho Inventory or similar inventory management systems is preferred.
- Familiarity with electronic components is desirable but not essential.
Please note: This is a fully on-site role and attendance in person is required.
Immediate start required. Preference will be given to candidates living within a reasonable commuting distance of Tagoat.
