As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our high standards, ensuring the efficient implementation of our field-based quality control systems, and providing essential support to our dedicated team of Care & Support Workers. You will report directly to the Care Manager and work a consistent rota from Wednesday to Sunday, totalling 40 hours per week. To support you in this vital field-based role, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including a company car, mobile phone, and tablet.
About The Role
What You'll Do:
As a Field Care Supervisor, you will be the driving force behind the operational excellence of your designated care areas. You will strategically manage your schedule to effectively monitor and provide unparalleled support to our Care & Support Workers and clients. Your primary focus will be in the field, dedicating approximately 95% of your working week to direct engagement. This hands-on approach ensures robust oversight, promotes best practices, and guarantees the highest standards of person-centred care delivery. The remaining 5% of your time will be spent in the office, efficiently managing essential administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
