- Full authority and responsibility for managing projects of various scale and complexity from handover to completion ensuring projects are delivered on time, to an agreed level of quality and within approved budget and scope.
- Develop and control detailed project plans and schedules from initial pricing documents/specifications and develop resource loaded schedules including the development of RAMS for project completion.
- Outline timescales, costs and resources needed to deliver the project including the identification of project risks and issues and the plans to mitigate those risks.
- Project stakeholder management, both internal and external, to ensure effective delivery of project objectives, being the main project contact for client and company.
- Procurement and acquisition of all items to facilitate project completion within agreed budget/specifications including recording, management, and reporting of this information.
- Oversee and control project costs throughout the project life cycle, and continually provide sound financial management and control within each project.
- Ensure there is strong safety culture on all sites you manage through adherence to Quality, Health and Safety & Compliance standards and Company SHEQ Management System. The project manager shall also ensure good housekeeping and compliance with current SHEQ Guidelines are adhered to by all personnel.
- Ensure all projects are installed in line with project agreed quantities, budgets and specifications and to the highest quality in compliance with supplier's current guidelines and recommendations.
- Attend weekly and monthly meetings with Management presenting effective & accurate project progress reports.
- Carefully manage, formulate, and document all events that may have potential commercial outcomes (i.e. project related quotations, payment applications, purchase orders, interim and final reports) keeping accurate up to date records and site diaries and including as installed drawings, test results and other documentation required for the effective and timely handover of the project at completion stage(s).
- Proactively resolve performance, scope, cost and schedule issues including management of alterations/variations to the original project scope.
- Support senior management in the delivery of strategic objectives.
- Effectively maintain and develop healthy client and external stakeholder relationships.
- Will work closely with other Project Managers, Supervisors, Engineering teams, Support services, and Suppliers in support of our mutual goals.
Pay: €70,000.00-€75,000.00 per year
