What We're Looking For
Successful candidates will:
- Be enthusiastic, reliable, and team-oriented.
- Thrive in a busy, fast-paced working environment.
- Have excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Be confident in learning and promoting menu items.
- Have previous barista experience (preferred but not essential).
- Be available to work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week across 4 or 5 days, between Monday and Saturday.
