Job Title: Engineering Administrator
Based: Ballymount
Reporting to: Engineering Manager
Contract: Fixed Term - One Month
Purpose: To providing clerical support to the engineering team, including managing and maintaining all systems involved in the smooth day to day running of a busy engineering department.
Key Responsibilities and tasks

General Engineering administration duties

Managing the daily defect card process
-
Supporting the development of the engineering maintenance system and telematics

Assisting in new starters onboarding; uniform sizes, setting up tablet, logging into email and setting up on Engineering Maintenance System(Freeway)

Filing, typing letters and taken minutes when necessary
-
Record and file newly received vehicle documentation including CVRT discs, etc.

Ensure the accuracy and integrity of engineering data

Fuel: Update Merridale corrections, upload to Freeway and notify data team once complete
-
Update Weekly 1P005 form with data from Power BI
-
Driver Training & Driver Statements: Liaise with training team to organise any driver training and take a copy of new starter driving licences, request driver statement and file
-
Co-ordinate with stakeholders to gather, update and distribute engineering data as required.

Telematics upkeep and reporting
-
Responsibility in managing, participating, and complying with the Integrated Management System (IMS).
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
Essential:

Previous administrative experience

Computer Literate with excellent knowledge of Office 365

Previous administrative experience in the transport or engineering industry
