Andhra Spice is looking for a dedicated and hardworking Full-Time Kitchen Assistant to join our busy kitchen team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in maintaining high food quality and hygiene standards, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Assist chefs with food preparation and basic cooking tasks.
Prepare ingredients including washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen.
Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
Receive and store deliveries correctly. Follow HACCP food safety and hygiene procedures.
Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.
Requirements
Previous experience in a commercial kitchen is preferred. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, punctual, and hardworking. Good communication and teamwork skills. Knowledge of food hygiene is an advantage. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
Help with opening and closing kitchen duties.
Pay: €13.50-€14.50 per hour
