The Role
Are you someone who loves a dynamic workday that blends organized office management with the great outdoors? We are seeking a Campsite Supervisor for the upcoming season/s.
Working hand-in-hand with the Campsite Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving campsite revenue, leading a dedicated seasonal team, and ensuring our grounds and customer service meet the highest possible standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue & Performance: Partner with the Campsite Manager to implement strategies that drive occupancy and maximize campsite revenue.
- Team Leadership: Oversee and support the day-to-day duties of the campsite team, fostering a positive, hard-working, and collaborative environment.
- Guest Experience: Ensure every single guest is delighted with their stay by maintaining a highly visible, welcoming, and professional presence.
- Operations & Standards: Assist in maintaining the park’s pristine standards, balancing administrative desk duties (bookings, check-ins, queries) with hands-on outdoor tasks and cleaning duties.

- Experience: Experience working in a tourism, hospitality, or holiday park environment is preferable but not essential—the right attitude and a willingness to learn are what matter most!
