E-Commerce Team Member
Reports to E-Commerce Manager
Position Overview
Support the day-to-day operations of the online business across e-commerce, customer service, order fulfilment, website management and social media.
E-Commerce & Website Management
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Upload product information including pricing, descriptions and related items for cross-selling
- Upload new products, images, videos and other digital content to the online store
- Support communication with our external online web developer
- Assist with website updates and inventory management
Order Fulfilment & Customer Service
- Handle the processing and fulfilment of online customer orders
- Pick, pack and dispatch orders accurately and efficiently
- Deal professionally with customer enquiries, returns and exchanges
Marketing & Social Media Support
- Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to deliver online promotions and sales campaigns
- Manage Instagram, TikTok and other social media channels
- Create tasteful, engaging and premium brand-aligned content
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Science or related discipline
Personal Attributes
- Professional and brand-conscious
- Creative with strong visual judgement
- Reports directly to the E-Commerce Manager.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From €16.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
