I am looking for people with a can-do attitude to work alongside an existing team Monday - Friday. The role would require deboning beef & some lamb carcass and trimming to an agreed specification.
Past experience in a similar role is an advantage
MAIN DUTIES INCLUDE:
De-boner
The suitable person must be able to break down sides of beef into their various primal cuts. These cuts must be well presented with minimal scar tissue and all bones well cleaned. Those beef primal will also need to be trimmed to an agreed specification depending on customers’ requirements.
Butcher:
Assisting with assembling orders as required to customers specifications. Main duties include.
· Slicing Steaks to a fixed weight
· Dicing Meats
· Rolling Meat Joints
· Working on machines such as bandsaw’s, PAD machines & slicers
· Suitable person must have a keen eye for detail. Full training will be provided for this role.
