PART-TIME BOOKEEPER

We are currently seeking a PART-TIME BOOKEEPER, a key role in the operations of the business. This is an exciting & challenging opportunity for the right person to join a great company.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Creditors Ledger: posting purchase invoices, reconciling accounts, processing payments.
- Bank Accounts: posting bank and credit card payments, reconciling accounts.
- Payroll: monthly payroll and PAYE submissions via Revenue.ie.
- VAT Returns: preparing and filing VAT returns online, dealing and charging VAT in more than one jurisdiction.
- VIES Returns.
- Reports: preparing monthly, quarterly and annual reports as required.
- Any other duties as required.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills Required:
Must:
· 2+ years’ experience in a previous or similar position.
· Sage Accounting Software (preferable Sage 200).
· Proficient in Microsoft Office.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
· Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task and prioritise.
· Attention to detail.
· Honest, trustworthy, and reliable.
Remuneration:
· Good basic salary

Salary: From €23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 9 – 12 per week
