As we continue to grow and expand our team, Audi Wexford is looking for an experienced and motivated Used Car Sales Manager to lead our Used Car Sales team and drive the performance of the department.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate and support the Used Car Sales team.

Achieve used vehicle sales and profit targets.

Manage used vehicle stock, including pricing and stock levels.

Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Ensure a professional and consistent sales process.

Deliver a high level of customer service.

Work closely with other departments to provide a smooth customer journey.

Maintain high standards across the showroom and vehicle displays.

Support the team through regular coaching and development.
What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a Used Car Sales Manager or in a similar motor industry role.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

A proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Good understanding of used vehicle stock and profitability.

Strong organisational and negotiation skills.

A results-driven and customer-focused approach.

A full, clean driver's licence.
