Job description for Daytime Chef
The Barista Bike at SteamMuseum Straffan is a family-owned business generated from the love of coffee and food. Our café is located in the picturesque and tranquil Steam Museum in Straffan, Co. Kildare.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and hardworking full and part time (day time)chef with a strong commitment to quality, high standards, service, and customer care to join our friendly team.
The hours for this role are full amd part-time with flexible hours during the day. From 8:30-approx 4:30pm
The person must be available during the week and weekends.
The ideal candidate for this full-time or part-time daytime-only role will:
Be reliable!!, confident & organised, working in a busy environment.
Be availabale for work some days during the week and some days during weekends.
Preparing and presenting food, coffee to the highest standards
HACCP level1 is preferable but not necessary, training will be provided
Some experience in the restaurant or cafe with food necessary
Ability to work in a high energy busy place environment.
A good understanding of English
Happy to work as part of a team
Able to multitask and work quickly
Flexibility in terms of working hours.
Well organised and enthusiastic
