Blinds Department Coordinator
Full-Time | Kavanagh’s Blinds & Shutters | Dublin
We are seeking an organised, customer-focused and proactive person to join our busy Blinds Department team.
This fast-paced role involves coordinating installations, deliveries, fitter schedules and customer appointments across Dublin and surrounding areas. Strong communication, organisation and multitasking skills are essential.
Requirements
- Strong organisational and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Experience in blinds, retail coordination or scheduling is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Schedule installations and fitter appointments
- Coordinate deliveries, stock and aftercare bookings
- Handle customer queries, repairs and callbacks
- Update jobs and orders using company software
- Liaise with customers, suppliers and fitters
- Ensure orders, measurements and paperwork are accurate
