Responsibilities
HR Administration:
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system.
- Prepare and manage HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding materials.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
- Manage employee leave and attendance records.
- Liaise closely with payroll to ensure all HR related input to payroll is accurate, compliant and timely.
Recruitment Support:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Liaise with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation and coordinating orientation sessions.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
- Support HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and other employee activities.
Data Management & Reporting:
- Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.
- Assist in tracking key HR metrics such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and performance management.
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR records.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the HR department.
- Support the implementation of new HR initiatives and systems to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Newly qualified, CIPD/HRM Qualification preferred
- Strong Administration with minimum 12 months experience in a fast paced working environment
- PC literate with competency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Proven Ability to work with large amounts of data and experience reporting
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
- Ability to work within a team and on own initiative
