About The Role
In this vital Social Care Worker role with MCMA, you will empower young people within Tusla residential units by fostering a safe and supportive environment. Your core responsibilities will include championing the rights and holistic well-being – encompassing physical, emotional, social, educational, and religious needs – of each service user. You will actively contribute to and implement personalised Care and Placement Plans, ensuring tailored support. Collaborative engagement with family members and other professionals will be crucial for optimal outcomes. You will consistently uphold all policies and procedures, maintaining diligent documentation and reports.
We seek compassionate and client-focused professionals who excel in teamwork, demonstrate flexibility, and take initiative. You must hold complete or ongoing registration as a Social Care Worker with CORU and possess valid work permissions. A current full clean driver’s licence is highly desirable for this position.
