The successful individual will be responsible for the preparation and production food to the highest standards as detailed on our menus and directed by our head chef.
Requirements:
Experience in a busy kitchen on the grill or on bar food.
Good ability to handle pressurized situations and busy periods.
Flexible, innovative and adaptable.
Have a passion for food and food production.
