Stone Ideas Ltd is based in Lucan, Co. Dublin K78T9N6 and is a long established business in the Stone Industry. Our main business is the fabrication and fitting of bespoke Marble, Quartz, Granite & Porcelain Kitchen Workops.
We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to work with our Production Coordination team on our daily manufacturing and project workflows.
In this role, you will schedule jobs to meet delivery deadlines and utilise your CAD experience to finalise, tweak, and prepare technical drawings for production.
Key Responsibilities
- Production Scheduling: Assist with planning the daily/weekly production schedule, ensuring optimal workflow and resource allocation.
- CAD Drafting & Modifications: Review, finalise, and polish technical drawings using CAD software to ensure they are production-ready.
- Deadline Management: Track project milestones and adjust schedules proactively to prevent bottlenecks and meet client delivery dates.
- Liaison Duties: Work with the design team, manufacturing floor, and clients.
- Quality Control: Verify that final CAD drawings align with production capabilities and material specifications.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in production scheduling or manufacturing coordination.
- Strong CAD proficiency with the ability to edit and finish technical drawings.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to shifting production priorities.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: €45,000.00-€48,000.00 per year
