Front of House Team Member (Full-Time) – Customer Service Superstar
Location: Dublin 12
Pay: €14.65-€16.00 per hour (depending on experience)
We’re growing and we’re looking for an energetic, customer-focused Front of House Team Member to join our family-run business in the heart of Dublin 12.
This is not a part-time role. We’re looking for someone who wants to become a key part of our team and who takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service every single day.

What you’ll be doing
No two days are the same. Your role will include:
* Welcoming and serving customers with a smile.
* Taking coffee, food and takeaway orders.
* Preparing and serving coffees.
* Running food to customers.
* Replenishing and maintaining our cake and pastry displays.
* Keeping the front of house clean, organised and fully stocked.
* Working closely with the kitchen to ensure smooth service.
* Creating a positive atmosphere for every customer who walks through the door.

* Be confident speaking with customers all day, every day.
* Have fluent spoken English (essential for this customer-facing role).
* Be reliable, punctual and well-presented.

* Work well as part of a close-knit team.
* Enjoy having a laugh while remaining professional when it matters.
We’re a young, hardworking team with plenty of banter, but we also have high standards. We support each other, work hard and genuinely enjoy what we do.
Hours
This is a full-time position only.
* Five days over seven.
* Predominantly daytime hours.
* Early starts are essential.
* Typical shifts include:
* 6:45am – 3:00pm
* Later daytime shifts may start 8.30-9.30 finish around 4:00pm–5:00pm depending on business needs.
