Key Responsibilities
- Break down Bills of Quantities into work packages for pricing
- Send out and manage subcontractor enquiries
- Track and follow up quotations from supply chain
- Build and maintain subcontractor comparison spreadsheets
- Assist in preparing tender submissions and pricing documents
- Review drawings, specifications and tender documents to identify scope
- Support estimating team with take-offs and measurements
- Highlight missing scope, risks or inconsistencies in pricing
- Organise and maintain tender folders, documentation and records
- Assist with final submission documents (pricing, schedules, attachments)

Requirements
- Degree or studying Quantity Surveying / Construction Management (preferred)
- 0–3 years experience in construction / estimating / QS role
- Strong Excel skills (essential)
- Ability to read drawings and understand construction basics
- High attention to detail
- Good communication skills with subcontractors and suppliers
- Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines

Package
- Salary: €35,000 – €50,000 (depending on experience)
- Strong career progression into Estimator / QS role

Pay: €35,000.00-€50,000.00 per year
