The Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes, conducting inspections, and ensuring that all standards meet company & regulatory requirements. The role requires close collaboration with production, engineering and various other departments to identify quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Responsibilities of Role
- Develop quality plans, ITP’s, documents, and systems.
- Perform routine inspections and site audits using Inspection Test Plans (ITP) to verify that products, materials, and processes meet quality standards.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and documentation.
- Identify and report any deviations or non-conformities, and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure that all documentation and certification is complete and checked prior to final handover, including as built drawings and handover certificates.
- Attend and co-ordinate weekly meetings with the client, subcontractors, suppliers or project managers.
- Reporting to the Quality Manager and Construction Manager on Quality performance for each project.
- Arranging site installation inspections.
- Analyse quality data and trends to recommend improvements and prevent recurring issues.
- Continuous quality inspections of the works as they progress in line with Inspection Test Plan (ITP).
- Management of Walkdown schedule and Punch allocation to all direct and sub-contractors.
- Working with our clients’ online systems to upload handover packs.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with company standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role or associated role is preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of electrical/construction procedures.
- Strong IT skills with proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project, and document management platforms.
- Degree in QC/QA or equivalent discipline desirable but not a necessity.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrate a keen understanding of strategic planning as well as tactical execution

Pay: €40,000.00-€50,000.00 per year
