Selected in pavilions Shopping Centre are currently accepting applications for a Part-Time Flexi Supervisor (CONTRACT OF 15 HOURS PER WEEK)
This position will require the successful candidate to be available for Monday-Sunday work.

Experience/Skills required;
- Strong Communication skills
- Ability to lead & motivate a team to achieve store goals
- Commercially focused
- Working to achieve KPI's & store targets
- Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customer
- Dealing with customer refunds
- Having a friendly and engaging personality
- Working alongside a team
- Balancing cash registers with receipts.
- Visual Merchandising (not priority)
**At least 2 years experience required**
