About the Role
The Contract Administrator plays a crucial role in managing the full lifecycle of our, and customer owned, trucks and ancillary contracts, from initial creation, all in life changes, through to termination.
You will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and outstanding customer service. This position offers a dynamic environment with opportunities to contribute to smooth operations and revenue generation.
Responsibilities;
Contract Management (Administration):
- Create, manage, and administer the full lifecycle of all contracts for truck and ancillary sales.
- Process contract changes, extensions, pay-as-you-go agreements, and relocations accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate the termination of truck contracts, including logistics with third-party transport providers.
- Manage contract backlog and ensure contract accuracy.
Financial Administration:
- Implement CPI (Consumer Price Index) adjustments and other maintenance contract pricing changes.
- Manage the contract query log and block billing to ensure timely cash flow.
- Process purchase orders.
Customer & Internal Communication:
- Communicate clearly and promptly with customers and internal teams, providing updates and resolving inquiries.
- Address and resolve invoice queries within established timeframes.
- Build strong rapport with internal and external stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service.
Compliance & Safety:
- Set up and manage maintenance (service/warranty) and LOLER (inspection) plans to meet Health & Safety compliance standards.
Logistical Coordination:
- Schedule truck collections and deliveries to and from customer sites and depots across Ireland.
Process Improvement:
- Identify and implement solutions to improve contract administration and end to end business efficiency.
