Experienced Bar Waiting Staff required for busy operation in Navan, Co. Meath
Requirements
Minimum 1 years’ experience in a busy, quality driven operation
Excellent spoken and written English
Midweek and Weekend Work required
Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure a good working knowledge of food, wine, cocktails and be able to make recommendations to guests as needed.
Take food and beverage orders promptly and efficiently and communicate same the kitchen and bar accurately.
Create a positive dining experience and ensure guest satisfaction.
Clear, disinfect and reset tables promptly after each service.
Have a full knowledge of allergen awareness and assist guests with any dietary requirements.
Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving customer complaints.
Report any issues, errors, or faults that cannot be resolved to Management.
Have a full knowledge and understanding of all bar and restaurant services and a general knowledge of all other facilities and opening hours and communicate these to guests as required.
Be aware of, and adhere to, all Health and Safety, fire safety and security procedures.
The Ideal Candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, the desire to provide consistently high customer service and the ability to work well within a team.
