We are a small company based in Co Wicklow and we’re looking for a reliable experienced office administrator to join our team on a part time basis. This is a 9-month contract with a view to permanency.
This role would suit someone who likes variety, enjoys learning new things and is a good administrator.
In this role you will look after:
- Support the director of the business in general admin duties
- Communication with internal and external stakeholders (clients, suppliers & contractors)
- Procurement/tender administration
- Assist the team with completion of Risk Assessment and Method Statements
- General office duties including answering phones, emails and responding to letters
- Assist the team with general administration (Ordering office supplies, booking vehicles for VRT etc.)
- Processing payroll for a very small team (this mostly involves data entry only)
- Accounts payable/receivable
- Bank reconciliations
- Debt control when required
- Any payroll and accounts related admin
Successful candidate must have:
- Good working knowledge of MS office (especially excel) and SAGE
- A minimum of one year of experience working in an accounts/payroll admin role
- Any experience in tender admin or procurement is a plus
We offer 30-37K pro rata (DOE) and we have free parking on site.
Note that this role is fully based on site.
There’s a flexibility in working days and hours (ie – could be 3 mornings or afternoons a week or spread over 5 days)
