Bronx Pizza is looking for an experienced and passionate Senior CDP / Pizza Chef to join our growing kitchen team in Cork.
We specialise in authentic New York style pizza by the slice, and we’re expanding our menu with NY style sandwiches and NY squares. This is a great opportunity for a strong chef who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and wants to help shape an exciting food concept.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience working with pizza dough and high-volume service
- Experience as a CDP or senior chef in a busy kitchen
- Passion for food culture and quality ingredients
- Ability to lead service and support junior team members
- Organised, reliable, and calm under pressure
- Strong attention to consistency, prep, cleanliness, and standards
Responsibilities
- Stretching, topping, and baking NY style pizzas
- Dough prep and management
- Assisting with development of sandwiches and square slices
- Serving customers
- Maintaining food quality and hygiene standards
- Supporting the Management and helping lead service
