Support the PIC in managing operations and staffing

Lead and supervise nursing staff and promote best practice

Ensure compliance with HIQA standards and regulations

Maintain a safe, high-quality care environment

Act as PIC in their absence
About You

Registered Nurse with active NMBI PIN
-
Significant nursing and leadership experience
-
Strong leadership, organisational, and clinical skills
-
Passion for delivering outstanding care to older people
