Job Summary/Description:
The Senior Executive Quantity Surveyor leads the commercial, cost‑management, and procurement functions across capital projects, ensuring high‑quality, timely, and compliant delivery in line with the Public Works Contracts and the Capital Works Management Framework (CWMF). The role involves managing in‑house quantity surveying teams, external consultants, and acting as a key commercial advisor to senior management.
