Cpl Healthcare is now accepting applications from experienced Social Care Professionals for a Person in Charge/Social Care Leader position in Mullingar, Co. Westmeath. This role is with a well-established provider of high-quality disability services, committed to supporting individuals to live full and meaningful lives.
As Person in Charge/Social Care Leader, you will play a key leadership role, ensuring that the highest standards of care and support are delivered in line with HIQA standards and Department of Health regulations. Experience working with individuals with autism is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the residential service
- Ensure regulatory compliance and continuous quality improvement
- Provide guidance and support to staff in line with best practice
- Promote a person-centred approach that supports service users' rights, choices, and independence
Essential Criteria:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a management or supervisory role within health or social care
- Relevant degree (minimum Level 7) in Social Care or related field
- Management qualification(minimum Level 6)
- Demonstrated experience managing a residential service in compliance with quality and regulatory standards
- Full driving licence and access to own vehicle
- Eligibility to work in Ireland

Experience:
