We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter / Kitchen Assistant to join our kitchen team at our food premises in the Blackrock / Mahon area.
This is a part-time role, ideal for someone looking for flexible hours in a fast-paced, professional kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the kitchen
- Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Assisting chefs with basic food preparation where required
- Keeping workstations, storage areas, and floors clean and organised
- Ensuring waste is managed correctly and safely
- Supporting the kitchen team during busy service periods
- Following all Food Safety and Health & Safety procedures

- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Good attention to cleanliness and detail
- Previous kitchen or catering experience is an advantage, but not essential
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Reliability and punctuality are essential
