An international company operating in the sports entertainment industry is looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Specialist to lead their brand’s social media presence, elevate audience engagement, and build thriving communities around sports and betting culture. Experience with Irish market is most appreciated.

Key Responsibilities:
— Own and execute the social media strategy across all key platforms (in particular Meta, Facebook, Insta, TikTok).
— Plan, create and publish engaging content including posts, Stories, Reels, short-form videos, memes and live content tailored to each platform.
— Build and grow engaged online communities through community management.
— React quickly to live sporting events, esports, breaking news and social trends with timely content.
— Collaborate closely with Creative, SEO, Paid Media, CRM, Product Marketing, Influencer Marketing and PR teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
— Support paid social initiatives with engaging creative content where regulations allow.
— Analyze campaign performance, audience insights and social listening data to continuously improve results.
— Develop creative concepts, campaign ideas and influencer briefs that increase engagement and brand affinity.
What qualifies you for this role:
— 3 or more years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing or a marketing agency. Experience with Irish market is most appreciated.
— Proven experience managing social media accounts and growing online communities.
— Deep understanding of content formats and platform best practices across Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, YouTube and emerging platforms.
— Strong interest in sports, esports, and pop culture, with your finger firmly on the pulse of current internet trends and memes.
— Creative, proactive and able to work independently while collaborating with international teams.
— Excellent copywriting and communication skills in English.
