We have a opportunity for an Administrator/Receptionist for our Student Accommodation complex.
Requirements
Customer Service Skills.
Excellent Oral and Written Communication.
Intermediate Computer Skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
Previous Experience/Training is desirable.
Daily tasks
Answering booking queries via email and phone. Planning and organising for incoming tenants.
Dealing with tenant queries, in a time efficient and professional manner.
Ability to prioritise incoming works according to both type of maintenance required and time constraints.
Flexible package available for the right candidate.
Working Hours Monday - Thursday 9am-5pm Friday 9-1pm.
Suitable candidate would need to be happy working independently after training.
Pay: From €16.50 per hour
