Full-Time Online Sales & Fashion Assistant
Location: In-store (not a remote position)
Hours: Full-time, 9:00am–6:00pm, five days per week, Monday to Saturday (rota basis).
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Online Sales & Fashion Assistant to join our growing team.
This is a permanent, full-time position and is not a summer role.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine love of fashion, a creative eye for styling, and an understanding of the fast-paced nature of online retail.
The Role
Responsibilities will include:
- Styling outfits and creating inspiring looks for our customers.
- Assisting with daily online content and live sales.
- Confidently appearing in videos when required.
- Creating and uploading products to our Shopify website.
- Packing and preparing online orders for dispatch.
- Handling customer enquiries both over the phone and online.
- Taking customer orders over the telephone.
- Providing styling and sizing advice to customers.
- Supporting the day-to-day running of our online business.
- Working as part of an energetic and expanding team.
What We're Looking For
- A genuine passion for fashion and current trends.
- Confidence in styling outfits and advising customers.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Good computer skills (training will be provided for our systems).
- A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
- Someone who has researched our company and understands our online presence, including our daily live videos and customer engagement.
A strong knowledge of fashion and garment fit is essential, as many of our customers place their orders over the phone and rely on us for accurate sizing guidance and honest styling advice.
