Your Role as a Retail Security Officer:
As a Store Security Officer, you’ll be the first line of defence in a dynamic retail environment. You’ll help prevent theft, ensure customer safety, and maintain a secure and welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and protect retail premises with vigilance
- Deter theft and suspicious activity with a proactive presence
- Respond swiftly and professionally to incidents
- Conduct regular patrols and routine security checks
- Report observations and incidents clearly and accurately
What You’ll Need:
- Valid PSA License (Private Security Authority – essential)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Previous retail security experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends
