Position: Operations Assistant (Driver & Merchandising)

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Role Purpose:
We are looking for a flexible, reliable team member to support the day-to-day operations of Blue Tiger. This role combines deliveries, merchandising, customer service, events support, and general operational assistance.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, interacting with customers, and adapting to a variety of tasks throughout the week.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Customer deliveries
- Merchandising office kitchens, snack stations, and fridges
- Stock rotation and presentation
- Basic cleaning and upkeep of coffee and beverage equipment
- Assisting with workplace events and activations
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Supporting warehouse operations when required
- Reporting customer feedback, stock issues, and operational concerns
Key Requirements:
- Full clean driving licence
- Strong customer service skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Good attention to detail
- Physically capable of handling stock deliveries
- Comfortable working independently
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Desirable Experience:
- Delivery driving

- Field service or customer-facing roles
Contract:
- Part-time
- Guaranteed 24 hours per week
- Hours worked from Monday to Friday
- No fixed working days currently
- Additional hours available as the business grows
Location:
- Based in Dublin
- Travel throughout Dublin and the surrounding areas is required
