We are looking for a reliable, organised and highly detail-oriented person to take on a varied role within our online number plate business.
This is a hands-on position combining number plate production, customer service, order management, website administration and general day-to-day business operations.
We are looking for someone who is very comfortable using computers, quick to learn new systems and also good with their hands. The role involves precise, intricate work, so excellent attention to detail is absolutely essential.
The successful candidate will be trained in all aspects of the business and, once fully trained, will be expected to confidently manage much of the day-to-day operation independently.
Responsibilities
The role may include:
- Producing and preparing customer orders
- Checking orders for accuracy and quality
- Packing and preparing orders for dispatch
- Dealing with customer enquiries and order-related issues
- Managing and processing online orders
- Updating and maintaining website content
- Using various online systems and software
- Assisting with stock control and general organisation
- General administration
- Helping with the smooth day-to-day running of the business
- Other reasonable duties as required

Previous experience in e-commerce, customer service, website management or order processing would be an advantage, but is not essential.
Previous experience making number plates is not required, as full training will be provided.
This role would suit someone who enjoys a combination of computer-based and hands-on work and who would like to learn how the different parts of a small online business operate.
Pay: €14.15-€16.00 per hour
