You will have strong mechanical instincts and solid site experience, ideally with a background in steel fabrication, welding, sheet metal work, or a similar discipline. You should be confident using tools, comfortable working on mechanical installations, and able to problem-solve and adapt on the fly. Experience working in real-world site environments is important, along with a strong awareness of safety and the ability to work alongside skilled technicians.
