About The Role
To provide friendly, efficient, and professional bar service to hotel guests while maintaining high standards of customer care, cleanliness, and responsible alcohol service. The role supports the smooth operation of the hotel's bars during daily service, weddings, conferences, and special events.

Welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently.

Take customer orders and process cash and card payments accurately.

Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-stocked bar area.

Restock beverages, glassware, and bar supplies as required.

Ensure responsible service of alcohol in accordance with Irish licensing laws.

Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to guest requests.

Assist with bar setup and closing procedures.

Support weddings, banquets, conferences, and other hotel events.

Work effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth service during busy periods.

Previous bar or hospitality experience is desirable but not essential.

Salary
€14.15 - €16.00 per hour
